Individual Therapy
Somatic therapy is a body-based approach that helps you tune into physical sensations, movement, and breath as pathways to healing. It recognizes that trauma and emotional pain often live in the body, not just the mind.
In sessions, you’ll gently explore sensations like tightness or tingling and how they connect to your emotions or past experiences. We might use breathwork, grounding, mindful movement, or simply track what’s happening in your body—all at your own pace.
This work helps you build body awareness, calm your nervous system, and reconnect with a sense of safety and balance. It’s a space to release what no longer serves you and move toward healing through presence—not just words.
IFS Informed Couples Therapy
IFS Couples Therapy helps partners understand and heal the inner parts of themselves that show up in their relationship—like reactive, protective, or vulnerable parts that often drive conflict or distance.
Each partner is guided to explore their emotional patterns with curiosity and compassion, building empathy for themselves and each other. Rather than just improving communication, the focus is on creating deeper connection, where both people feel seen, safe, and supported.
By working with these parts together, couples can move from reactivity to responsiveness and strengthen emotional intimacy.
Nature Based Therapy
Nature-Based Therapy brings the healing power of the outdoors into the therapeutic process. Rooted in the belief that nature supports emotional regulation, clarity, and connection, this approach moves therapy beyond the walls of an office and into natural spaces.
Therapy on the trail -
These sessions blend somatic and trauma-informed therapy with gentle hiking or walking in nature. As we move through local trails, you’re invited to explore what’s present—emotionally and physically—in a setting that encourages openness and grounding. Movement and nature together support nervous system regulation and deeper self-awareness.
