More about me
I came to therapy work through a mix of personal healing and a deep desire to help others navigate their own paths. My personal journey showed me what’s possible when we have the right support—and it also sparked a calling to be that steady, compassionate presence for others.
In sessions, I bring a laid-back, down-to-earth energy. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, open space where you can truly be yourself—no pressure, no judgment. I meet you where you are, and together we work toward the kind of change that feels meaningful and lasting.
I’m especially passionate about guiding clients through deep, transformative work—helping you reconnect with your body, your truth, and your capacity for resilience.
Outside the therapy room, you’ll usually find me unwinding with my partner or exploring a new hiking trail on the weekend. Nature is where I reset and reconnect—something I often bring into my work as well.
I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Dayton.
